Needham, MA – PMC Insurance Group, a leading national workers compensation wholesale broker, based in Needham, MA, has announced the restructuring of its sales organization into four regions to enhance their national footprint and carrier relationships. The sales operation will be lead by Regional Vice Presidents.
The Regional Vice Presidents will be responsible for maintaining and developing local agencies, expansion of regional products, carrier relationships, growing and managing their regional profit center, and reporting to Andy Shaw ‐ Vice President and David Malloy ‐ Chief Operating Officer.
Kate Alben is the Midwest Regional Vice President, Phil Fleming is the Northeast Regional Vice President and Debi McAleer is the South Regional Vice President.
