Vikaran Solutions developed WorkersCompExpert™, a suite of state-of-the-art web based systems. Patriot National is unveiling a one-month pilot program to ensure a smooth transition towards full deployment.
Vikaran’s WorkersCompExpert™(“WCE”) consists ofseveral modules: QuoteExpert Agency Portal, PolicyExpert, BillingExpert, ClaimsExpert, ReinsuranceExpert, a Customer Portal, and a Vendor Portal. Patriot National began their relationship with Vikaran in 2011; within a few short months they were able to roll out the QuoteExpert Agency Portal. Shortly thereafter QuoteExpert was deployed to Patriot National’s key agents.
WCE is a highly configurable platform that meets the needs of Patriot National as the enterprise continues to grow. Patriot has completed a full migration of legacy data into the new platform including the policy, claims, and billing areas. WCE provides state-of-the-art business collaboration capabilities for agents, enterprise users, customers, providers, and others. In short, the platform addresses Patriot’s needs across the insurance value chain.
