Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features some more news from the reform front, as PCI has released its commentary on the Indiana Legislature’s recent passage of HB 1320, which would institute a workers comp hospital fee schedule at 200% of Medicare and establish that maximum pricing for repackaged drugs cannot be higher than the average wholesale price set by the original manufacturer.
