Today’s edition of WorkCompRecap features the recent announcement by Patriot National Insurance Group that they have successfully completed the sale of affiliate TriGen Insurance Solutions to Carla Busick and Chris Rhoden, who have served as CEO and President respectively since 2012.
The newly independent TriGen Insurance Solutions is a multi-purpose agency specializing in risk management solutions. The transaction follows Patriot’s successful 2011 sale of its managed care subsidiary, Patriot Risk Services, Inc. to MCMC, LLC.
