All policyholders will effectively receive a minimum 30 day grace period, with some up to 90 days. Also in the news today is the DEA’s announcement that it has issued Orders to Show Cause (OSC) to three Florida Walgreens Pharmacies. While an OSC does not immediately suspend the ability to handle or distribute drugs, the DEA has already served warrants on these three locations and also served a Florida Walgreens Distribution Center an Immediate Suspension of Registration in September.
