Tampa, FL – Healthesystems, a workers’ compensation pharmacy and ancillary benefits management provider, has launched a mobile application to assist claims professionals and executives by providing easy access to medication information as well as drug and compliance alerts. The new app was unveiled to the workers’ compensation industry at the National Workers’ Compensation and Disability Conference (NWC&DC) in Las Vegas.
The recently launched app features information on the most commonly prescribed medications in workers’ compensation including brand and generic name and the FDA-approved indications (the drug’s use in treatment). In addition, timely alerts about drug recalls, new medications, and compliance related news such as legislative activity are featured in the mobile app.
