CA WCIRB Offers Free Experience Modification Service via Website

November 13, 2012 - WorkCompWire

San Francisco, CA – Insurance agents and brokers licensed to transact workers’ compensation insurance in California can access experience modifications, an experience modification estimator and other useful tools via the WCIRB Online website. Registration is free.

The volume of inquiries to the WCIRB’s Customer Service department increases significantly in the weeks preceding the January 1 renewal period, resulting in longer wait times for callers. Registered users of WCIRB Online can avoid the wait and access experience modifications online in a fraction of the time. Registered users can also set up X-Mod Direct® alerts to receive an email when specific experience modifications are issued or revised. Individuals and organizations that are not yet registered are encouraged to register now.

Registration is open to agents or brokers with an individual or business entity insurance license. For complete details and registration information, see the Online Services section of the WCIRB website (www.wcirbonline.org).
