The reports are completed using information from the Workers Compensation Reinsurance Pools administered by NCCI: National, New Mexico, Massachusetts and Michigan.
The reports include information for Pool members and do not include information for Direct Assignment Carriers. Direct Assignment carriers do not participate in any state or National Pool.
