Franklin, TN – Coventry Workers’ Comp Services’ Nurse Triage Program, NT24, was recently named as a 2012 Case in Point Platinum Awards finalist. The 3rd Annual Platinum Awards, sponsored by Case In Point, will honor finalists at an awards luncheon being held on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at The National Press Club in Washington, D.C.
The Case In Point Platinum Awards recognize the most successful and innovative case management programs and individuals working to improve healthcare across the care continuum. The Platinum Awards Program recognizes organizations and individuals in 22 categories who best educate and empower patients, improve adherence and wellness, ensure quality care, and contain healthcare costs. The Coventry NT24 program is being recognized in the workers’ compensation case management category.
“Our nurses work hard every day to counsel and educate employees about the level of care they need when a work related injury occurs and to improve the lives of the injured workers they assist,” stated Bonnie Morcomb, director of NT24 operations. “We are delighted to be selected as a finalist and see our program recognized.”
