Chicago, IL – Rising Medical Solutions recently announced their hiring of Deborah Tschiltsch as VP of Account Management. Tschiltsch brings nearly 30 years of experience in customer operations and strategic account management to Rising as Vice President of Account Management, leading both its Account Management and Customer Service teams. She’s also no stranger to the insurance and managed care industries with 20 years under her belt at companies such as Fair Isaac Corporation, HNC Software, GENEX, PacifiCare/Compremier, Occupational Urgent Care Health Systems and Health Group International. Tschiltsch comes to Rising with a clear vision, “My number one goal is to put systems in place that help us maintain and build ever increasing loyal customer relationships.”
Today, it takes a lot more for a customer to be loyal. Harris Interactive reveals that 86 percent of customers stop doing business with a company because of a bad experience, up by nearly 30 percent in just four years.
That trending statistic doesn’t ruffle Tschiltsch, who sees that Rising’s leadership and employees share her passion for delivering great customer experiences. “The fact that Rising named their customer service team ‘Customer Delight’ is just one of many examples that demonstrate their dedication to excelling in this area,” she says.
For years Rising’s people and service have been the company’s defining differentiator in retaining and acquiring customers.
