Today’s edition of WorkCompRecap features some new “face” related news as the Ohio Industrial Commission announces the launch of their new Facebook page, in an effort to reach out to its customers and open lines of communication in a cost-effective manner. According to the Industrial Commission injured workers and employers will have quick access to vast amounts of information about the agency, and followers will be the first to receive the latest info from the IC. As social media expands to reach all corners of the new information landscape, it’s a great reminder to stakeholders to not only be aware, but also be continually refining utilization of such a powerful communication channel.
