Parsippany, NJ – Express Dental Care, LLC (EDC) the first and only national dental network to address the specific needs of the workers’ compensation, auto, and liability industries and a subsidiary of One Call Medical, Inc. (OCM), today appointed Chris Toepke as president.
OCM CEO Don Duford commented on the appointment: “We are pleased to promote from within the OCM family and have Chris assume the role of president at EDC. Chris has a proven track record, so he’s the right executive to continue the momentum of growth that EDC has already achieved, while also continuing to integrate EDC into OCM’s comprehensive suite of specialty services. We look to Chris to shape the vision for EDC. His strong leadership skills combined with his significant business management expertise will help us achieve our goals.”

Toepke previously served as vice president of product development and management at OCM where he focused on developing and delivering new OCM products and services to the workers’ compensation market. He also managed strategic performance improvements in relation to company growth and organizational development. Prior to joining OCM, Toepke was a management consultant with Bain & Company, where he focused on growth strategy, cost management and private equity due diligence case work. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from Lafayette College.
