Titled “When I’m 64: Health and Safety issues of the Aging Worker”, the webinar was developed in the face of uncontrollable demographic trends resulting in an older workforce.
Between 2005 and 2010, the number of employees in the U.S. aged 55 to 64 increased 52 percent, according to data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. New risks come with employee maturity, and the webinar covers ways to help keep these workers safe, and when accidents do occur, how to more effectively manage claims.
