AGOURA HILLS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Pacific Compensation Insurance Company (PacificComp), the California Workers’ Comp Specialist®, today announced it has appointed Todd Hines as its new loss control manager.
In this position, Hines will be responsible for developing and managing PacificComp’s in-house loss control programs, designed to assist policyholders in preventing future injuries and proactively managing overall workers’ compensation losses. He will also lead the loss control department in providing policyholders with guidance on how to comply with state and national safety requirements and how to establish a strong culture of safety within their workplaces. Hines will report to Jon Siglar, vice president and chief sales and field services officer.

Hines has more than 25 years of experience in loss control. Most recently, he headed Safety Management Systems, providing customers with safety programs, training, jobsite inspections, and loss investigations. Prior to this position, Hines worked as a safety and loss control expert at many leading risk and insurance companies.
