Windham Group Job Fit Analysis Solution Lands Several New Markets

June 26, 2011 - WorkCompWire

Manchester, NH (PRWEB) – Windham Group, provider of Return to Work Solutions to the workers compensation/healthcare industry and directly to employers today announced that their proprietary Job Fit Analysis solution has successfully been introduced to several new key markets.

With the help of Windham Group’s Job Fit Analysis (JFA) claims adjusters have resolved more than a thousand soft tissue injuries, allowing workers to return to their original job. The workplace modifications are often modest but the effect is immediate and substantial, creating a swift return on investment for all involved.

“There is a huge demand for return to work solutions for cumulative trauma/soft tissue injuries but not enough solutions and innovation in this field”, said Sebastian Grasso, President and CEO of Windham Group. “We have developed a proprietary JFA protocol to modify workplace environments and employee habits, in a very cost-effective way – with extremely positive results.”

The climate has changed in the workers compensation industry especially in the area of returning injured workers to work. The soft market has forced the insurance carriers to find additional opportunities to reduce claims costs and they’re finding that our JFA product is highly successful in this area and have encouraged us to expand our service region. We are now servicing Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and New England with plans to continue down the eastern seaboard, then expand west.
