WALNUT CREEK, CA (Marketwire) – Paradigm Management Services today announced the appointment of Jim Hudak to the Chief Executive Officer position. Hudak will spearhead the strategic growth and scaling of the nation’s leading provider of catastrophic care and chronic pain management services. He will retain his position on the Board of Directors. Kevin Fleming remains President and will focus on managing the company’s large risk solutions business serving clients in the property and casualty industry, as well as retaining his position on the board.

During the past year, Hudak has worked closely with Fleming and the entire senior management group on a variety of strategic projects. He also recently served as the Chief Administrative Officer at CRC Health Group where he oversaw several functions including human resources, IT, risk management, finance and other cross functional programs.
Previously, Hudak spent many years at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) where he ultimately served as the Global Managing Partner of the Healthcare Practice. He was Executive Vice President of UnitedHealth Group where he held the positions of Corporate Chief Information Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of United Behavioral Health. Hudak holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan.
