BEDMINSTER, N.J. /PRNewswire/ — Monument, LLC (Monument Administrators), headquartered in Malvern, PA, today announced it will implement FastTrack Return-to-Work Solutions to improve its claim triage and Return-to-Work programs. Available through GettingHired, LLC, FastTrack assists insurance companies and program administrators in the short-term disability, long-term disability and workers’ compensation sectors.
FastTrack’s Transitional Services Tools Module is designed to automate the capture of the Job Analysis and Physical Capabilities Form for an injured worker and provides an online comparison identifying any variations in abilities and make recommendations regarding job accommodations, temporary work assignments and need for additional medical management or occupational change. The net effect allows companies to more quickly identify and assist injured workers that need temporary work assignments or intensive vocational counseling and job transition services, resulting in shorter claim duration.
“We believe that FastTrack will allow us to achieve both better outcomes for the injured worker and reductions in claim duration resulting in both positive outcomes for the injured worker and insurer,” said David Bramwell, Monument’s Managing Director. “Implementing this technology will also provide our customers with an additional value-added service.”
Carl Capato, GettingHired’s Senior Vice President, stated, “We are very excited to add Monument, LLC to FastTrack Return-to-Work Solution’s growing customer base. As the largest self-insured workers’ compensation group administrator in California, FastTrack will provide Monument with another great competitive advantage for their existing and prospective customers as well as productivity and cost containment benefits internally.”
