Also in the news today is the progress of SB 878 out of Oklahoma, which makes significant revisions to the Workers’ Comp system in the state. Hot on the heels of the Senate’s unanimous approval, which we reported yesterday, comes an “overwhelming bipartisan approval” from the House, which of course means the bill now heads to Governor Mary Fallin’s desk for approval.
