Another Acquisition!

May 12, 2011 - WorkCompWire

Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features acquisition news coming out of the Lone Star state, as Prime Health Services, Inc. announces their acquisition of Coastal Comp Health Network (CCHN), which has over 50,000 provider locations throughout the state of Texas serving both the workers’ compensation and group health markets.

Prime Health Services is currently a certified HCN in the state of Texas, with approved counties being primarily in the eastern population centers. Prime is currently awaiting final approval from TDI for an additional 90 counties, and the acquisition of Coastal Comp Health Network will be valuable in helping them acheive their goal of having all Texas counties approved for its HCN by the end of 2011.
