Succeed Management Solutions, LLC Adds Claims Management Module to its Risk Management Center

April 18, 2011 - WorkCompWire

Succeed Management Solutions, LLC has announced completion of a web-based claims management program to expand the capabilities of its Incident Track program.

Incident Track already allows for users to report, manage, track, and trend all types of incidents. If these incidents happen to become claims, claim reports can then be sent directly to the carrier, or to their agent.

In the case of an injury or illness, the program also compiles the data needed to file the required “First Report of Injury” on a State specific form. The required OSHA logs can be printed as well.

Slade Crooks, Succeed’s Senior Vice President notes, “Most of our insurer, risk retention, and agency partners already manage claims intake and reporting processes for their clients through our Incident Track Program. We decided to improve this process by giving the agency an effective way to monitor those claims in order to best protect their clients’ interest.”

Crooks continues, “This expanded capability now makes the Risk Management Center a complete resource for a TPA or captive manager looking to improve their entire process by bringing risk prevention through claims management all under one roof—and with less cost than their current program.”
