EMPLOYERS® Promotes Dennis B. Dix to Vice President of Customer Support

RENO, Nev.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–EMPLOYERS® (NYSE: EIG), America’s small business insurance specialist®, announced it has promoted Dennis Dix to vice president of customer support. In this role, Dix remains focused on leading continued centralization and customer service excellence for EMPLOYERS.

Since joining EMPLOYERS in 2007, Dix’s successful background in process excellence and operations management has enabled him to play a key role in integrating acquired operations, as well as establishing EMPLOYERS’ East Coast customer support center. Prior to joining EMPLOYERS, Dix worked for GE Polymerland, a division of GE Plastics, where he earned the Six Sigma Black Belt designation and identified and led process improvement projects within the supply chain and customer service functions. He later applied those skills in various customer service roles at Intuit Payroll and TimePlus Payroll.

Dix received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bryant University in Rhode Island and Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University in North Carolina. He is a Certified Production & Inventory Manager (CPIM) with the American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS) and completed FASTPath, Intuit’s high potential leadership program.
