More Bills!

March 16, 2011 - WorkCompWire

Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features news on the progression of two different Workers’ Comp Bills in two states. Second in our “Bill Review” (clever, right? ha ha) is the approval by Oklahoma’s Senate of SB 878, as crafted in coordination with Governor Mary Fallin’s Workers Compensation Study Group, which includes members of the legislature and business professionals. After passing the senate with a 44-0 vote, it will head to the House for consideration. Find out more by clicking here.
