Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features some AIG settlement news coming out of Oregon, as their Department of Business & Consumer Services reports that Oregon will net $3.6 million as part of the previously announced $100 million settlement between AIG and all 50 states.

This led to an underpayment to Oregon’s Work Comp premium assessment, which helps fund work comp and workplace safety programs.
