Today’s issue of WorkCompRecap features the last of our reports (for the week!). Released by RAND, the research brief, which was taken from a larger study published recently, focuses on Comp Reforms that were enacted in California in 2004 (SB 899) and how they affected Return to Work. Up front in the brief are three primary questions, centered around whether return to work improved after reforms, and the effects of reforms and return to work on earnings losses.
