Colorado Hospital Association Shared Services Partners with OCI to Offer Leave Management Solution

February 27, 2011 - WorkCompWire

Denver, CO (PRWEB) – OCI announced today that Colorado Hospital Association Shared Services has partnered with OCI to provide LeaveXpert, a leave management solution, to its member hospitals.

“CHA is excited to enter into this partnership with OCI,” said Michael Scott, VP Shared Services for the Colorado Hospital Association (CHA). “We believe that OCI’s LeaveXpert system will not only assist our hospitals in their day to day human resources functions, but to also ensure that their employees are receiving the time and attention that they deserve while absent. We are very pleased to be able to offer LeaveXpert to our hospitals and know that they will find LeaveXpert useful and comprehensive.”

OCI’s LeaveXpert is a total leave management solution that integrates various types of HR, claims and leave data into a single web-based application to streamline workflows, improve legal compliance and lower administrative costs. Additionally, LeaveXpert offers efficient, timely data integration and strong business analytic tools in a single, user-friendly interface using best-in-class technology.

As the cost of absence continues to rise, employers and associations are seeking solutions that allow them to manage and lower leave-related expenses as well as reduce lost time and return healthy employees to work sooner. OCI’s LeaveXpert allows employers to manage both the direct and indirect costs of absence, achieve consistent enterprise-wide enforcement of policies, effectively communicate time-sensitive information, and tighten FMLA and legal compliance. Additionally, LeaveXpert identifies the root causes of absence by integrating all types of leave including FMLA, disability, workers’ compensation, sick leave, and other casual absence types.

“We look forward to working with CHA and are excited about our new partnership,” says Archie Anderson, President of OCI. “As a leader in helping hospitals to be more efficient, CHA immediately recognized the improvements in productivity and lower administrative costs that a system like LeaveXpert will provide. OCI and CHA have already developed a strong relationship and we are pleased to have the opportunity to expand our services to their hospital members.”
