Two More Transactions Announced…

January 6, 2011 - WorkCompWire

Today’s edition of WorkCompRecap features two more stories about acquisitions in this space.    You can read about the Frank Gates/ Avizent and the Cunningham Lindsey announcements by going directly to WorkCompWire.com or following the links to the stories below.

At the rate we are going, we will have to set some sort of record for the total number of transactions and total transaction value in a given year.  I have been in this business a long time and I can’t remember a market this “white hot,” and I am sure there are many more announcements in the pipeline.

We also have a very thorough report on the state of the Florida workers’ compensation market that was just released by the Office of Insurance Regulation.  And for those of you that enjoyed Jim Greenwood’s first article in Leaders Speak, you will be happy to know that Jim will be posting a new article on Tuesday, January 11th!

You can read the rest of today’s top news stories by visiting WorkCompWire.com.

 Have a good week.

 Sincerely,
