SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 24, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — ImageSoft, Inc., will mark a number of key company milestones during 2011, including a move to a new corporate headquarters building, the introduction of a fresh, new logo and the launch of a microsite to commemorate its 15th year in business.
The Southfield, Mich.-based company, which provides technology solutions to automate, streamline and improve workplace processes, was launched in 1996 by Michigan natives Steve Glisky and James Leneschmidt. The two were joined in 2000 by Scott Bade, who today is company president.
From its start as a two-man shop with a single client, ImageSoft has grown and transformed. Today the company employs 55 people in Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio and Oregon, and serves 140 customers in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. While many Mich.-based companies have downsized their staffs, ImageSoft has consistently expanded and continues that trend. It hired 10 people in 2010 and expects to add an additional 30 new jobs over the next five years. Despite a challenging national economic climate, ImageSoft has also maintained steady growth, achieving 15.38 percent average annual revenue growth during the past 15 years.
ImageSoft’s growth precipitated its purchase late last year of its new corporate headquarters, also in Southfield, Mich. The company is now in the process of overseeing a major remodeling of the 15,000 square-foot building in anticipation of its spring 2011 relocation.
Over the years, the company has also earned a number of awards, including industry recognition such as the prestigious Best Fit Integrator Award from the Center for Digital Government in 2010, and performance awards such as Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies; Michigan Economic Bright Spots, Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For and Michigan 50 Companies to Watch.
ImageSoft is also undertaking its first rebranding initiative since the company’s inception. The former grey and blue logo, which has served as the company’s branded image since its beginning, is being replaced by a bright, fresh, new look in shades of orange and blue. The newly-designed updated logo, which more aptly conveys the concept of process improvement, will be officially unveiled later this month with the installation of a colorful 3′ x 12′ sign on the facade of the company’s new office building.
To mark the company’s 15 years in business, ImageSoft has also launched a commemorative microsite. The site, which features a timeline and photos capturing the company’s history, focuses on ImageSoft customers, employees and its community giving, all of which are among ImageSoft’s key core values.
“We are deeply grateful to all our customers who have contributed to the company’s growth and success over the years, particularly those who had faith in our abilities early on,” said ImageSoft President Scott Bade. “We’re equally proud of and thankful for the many bright and talented individuals who have worked at ImageSoft over the years. As a service provider, it is their skill, creativity, and dedication that have enabled us to meet our customer’s expectations and to build a strong foundation for future growth.”
Founded in 1996, ImageSoft has achieved continuous sales growth each year since its inception. Its markets include government, the courts, healthcare, insurance companies, educational institutions, and manufacturers. For more information visit www.imagesoftinc.com.
