Ms. Foster brings more than 10 years of experience within the realm of recruitment, employee relations, training and benefits for the service and entertainment industries. She will be responsible for continuing our focus as a customer centric organization by leading training and the investment in education and investment consistent with our core values.
Fosters’ highly influential expertise in the call center and higher education fields enabled her to leverage recruiting opportunities on a national level and identify training needs for employees. Prior to joining myMatrixx, Foster was responsible for recruitment and employee relations at a multi-national media and entertainment firm.
She has also played an active role in advancing the human resources profession by developing educational opportunities to professionalize a diverse workforce. During her career, she has served on various committees and boards, including the Tampa Bay Higher Education Alliance and HR Florida.
Since 2008, Ms. Foster has also served as an adjunct professor at DeVry University, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in career development, strategic staffing, human resources and technology.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, and a Masters in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She holds a Professional in Human Resources certification.
