Gould & Lamb Announces Contract with Lloyd’s of London

January 13, 2011 - WorkCompWire

Bradenton, Florida – Gould & Lamb, LLC is pleased to announce that it has signed contracts with all of the Managing Agents within the Lloyd’s insurance market that will be required to report Medicare claims information to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Gould & Lamb was selected by the Lloyd’s market to provide Mandatory Insurer Reporting Services, now required in the United States for liability and no-fault insurers. Under Section 111 of Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP Extension Act (MMSEA) of 2007, insurance organizations are required to report settlements, judgments and awards for all claims involving Medicare beneficiaries.

Deborah Pfeifle, President of Gould & Lamb said, “Contracting with Lloyd’s demonstrates Gould & Lamb’s position as the global leader in [Medicare Secondary Payer] Compliance and represents a premier endorsement of both the company’s advanced technology platform and its single source for Medicare Compliance Services”.

Inquiries may be directed to Ms. Pfeifle at 941-798-2098.
