Gould & Lamb was selected by the Lloyd’s market to provide Mandatory Insurer Reporting Services, now required in the United States for liability and no-fault insurers. Under Section 111 of Medicare, Medicaid and SCHIP Extension Act (MMSEA) of 2007, insurance organizations are required to report settlements, judgments and awards for all claims involving Medicare beneficiaries.
