NSG in its thirteen-year history has developed a national network of providers along with a valuable foundation of clinical data, offering clients an ability to manage their physical medicine expenses through a prospective outcomes oriented approach as well as retrospectively.

“The addition of Network Synergy Group to the GENEX organization continues our commitment to providing clients industry leading medical cost containment and disability management solutions. We look forward to combining the services and capabilities of GENEX and NSG for the benefit of our clients and colleagues at both companies” said GENEX CEO, Peter Madeja.

“My colleagues at NSG and I are excited to become part of the GENEX organization. Both our companies have strong commitments to building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with clients while creating rewarding work environments for employees” stated John Hanselman, NSG President.
Clients of NSG should expect no disruption to their current programs as a result of the transaction.
