As a startup celebrating our fourth week in business, we have had plenty of “firsts;” like my first typo (actually a word omission spotted by two eagle eyed industry friends on our first day), our first subscribers, our first media partnership, our first advertisers, etc. Today’s first comes to you from 35,000 feet above the Gulf of Mexico as WorkCompWire goes “on the road again” and publishes our first “airborne” edition of WorkCompRecap.
I won’t bore you with the details of how unstable a Wi-Fi connection can be in an airplane, or how pricey internet access for 2 hours is. Let’s just say that better planning on my part should help me avoid future “airborne” editions!
Today’s Top Stories have a bit of a common theme…….Encouraging business activity! Software is getting sold, business development partnerships are getting signed, companies are expanding overseas, and there seems to be life after declining claims volumes!
Please visit WorkCompWire to read all of the latest news.
Got to go….that familiar announcement is telling me “we are at 10,000 feet and all electronic devices need to be turned off and……….. ”
Have a good week.
Sincerely,
Patrick J. Sullivan
