ReEmployAbility Enhances Client Services Department

Tampa, FL – ReEmployAbility, a national provider of specialty early Return-to-Work (RTW) services and transitional employment programs, recently announced the expansion of the Client Services Department in an effort to accommodate significant growth.

Director of Sales Victoria Giuliani said the company is dedicated to proactive communication, responsive service, and exceeding clients’ expectations every day.

“Two years after implementing the Client Services Department, we realized that we can do more,” Giuliani said. “With so much growth in the popularity of our programs, we thought it was time to take additional steps to make sure we are providing our clients with the attention and quality service they deserve.”

To better tap into what is needed, ReEmployAbility created a new position in the Client Services Department; Brenda Lovely has taken on the role of Client Relationship Manager.

In this role, Lovely will be dedicated to a high level of engagement with clients. She will reach out to them directly for an extra one-on one experience. She will also be the liaison between all of the departments at ReEmployAbility in an effort to strengthen and continuously improve the program.

Lovely has been with ReEmployAbility for over 10 years and has vast experience managing the Transition2Work team and has exemplified problem solving skills for any situations that may arise.

“As a client-service focused company, we have taken great pride in our rapid response track record throughout the years,” Lovely said. “I am extremely passionate about customer service. It is important that we are proactive in seeking improvement, especially given the high rate growth we are experiencing. I never want the client walking away feeling anything other than completely satisfied.”
