Reed Group Announces Hiring of Senior Customer Operations Leader

Westminster, CO -(BusinessWire)- Reed Group recently announced that Nancy Botiller has joined the company as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations.

Botiller’s experience spans 19 years at Kaiser Permanente where she held several roles including leading the organization’s National Claims Services as Executive Director. Botiller also served as Chief Operating Officer for Nurse-Family Partnership, an evidence-based nurse home visiting program for low-income families. Most recently, she held the position of Executive Vice President leading the operations division at Colorado Access, the Colorado non-profit health plan provider. Botiller has a Bachelor of Science in Genetics from University of California, Davis and master’s degrees in Physical Therapy and Business Administration. Nancy began her career as a physical therapist helping athletes and dancers get back to the work they love.
