EK Health Hires Anita Breedlove as Executive VP of Business Development

SAN JOSE, Calif. & ORLANDO, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–EK Health Services, Inc., a leading national workers’ compensation managed care company, announced today that Anita Breedlove has been hired as Executive Vice President of Business Development.

As a member of the EK Health executive team, Breedlove is responsible for maintaining and marketing EK Health’s services and developing new programs and services for existing and future customers.

Among her duties are working with the sales and management teams on strategic planning and leading the company’s sales efforts for specific territories including Florida to increase revenue through new business. She will help EK Health deliver measurable, cost-effective results for the company and its clients.

Previously an executive with Bunch & Associates, a managed care service provider, Breedlove is well versed in Medical Bill Review, team management, operations management, client provider relations and account management.

Breedlove has extensive experience in regulatory compliance oversight, as well as vendor, network and budget management, data analysis and contract negotiations. She has expertise in developing and testing medical and hospital bill review software, producing training documentation, roll-out schedules, workflow guidelines, quality assurance standards and onsite operational audits.

Breedlove and EK Health are participating in the 66th Annual Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference August 21-24 in Orlando.
